Our Heritage
Three generations of stewardship, from Raddatz Rolling Acres to the modern precision of Raddatz Hay & Grain.
1945 - 1991
Raddatz Rolling Acres.
The story began in 1945 when Paul and Donna Raddatz established the family farm. Named "Raddatz Rolling Acres"—a name created by Dennis and his father, Randy's grandfather—the farm was built on the foundations of dairy excellence.
In those early decades, the family milked 100 cows and maintained over 50 young stock. Out of five children, Dennis Raddatz was the one who felt the call of the land most deeply, showing the drive and interest necessary to carry the legacy forward.

The Second Generation
Carrying the Torch.
In 1991, Dennis and Marybeth Raddatz officially took over the operation from Paul. Under their stewardship, the farm adapted to new challenges while maintaining the "hands-in-the-dirt" philosophy that defined the previous generation.

Logistics & Service
MaryBeth's Trucking.
The farm operation is supported by the dedicated logistics of MaryBeth's Trucking. Offering Ag product transportation for the family farm and local producers, Marybeth ensures that the harvest moves with reliability.
Beyond the wheel, Marybeth serves as a Wisconsin State 3rd Party CDL Examiner. Her business is built on the same discipline she brings to her roles as a mother, grandmother, and active leader on the farm.
The Future: 2026 and Beyond
Continuing the Calling.
In 2026, the management of the farm officially passes to Randy and Mikala Raddatz. This transition marks the third generation to stand in these fields, ensuring the Raddatz name remains synonymous with quality grain and community trust.
